Purchases can be made via MasterCard, Visa, or PayPal and offline by Money Order or Personal Check. To perform an offline purchase, put your item(s) in the cart, select a shipping option and total your charges. Print out the shopping cart page and mail it along with the check or money order to:

I guarantee that the product will arrive in good condition or I will return the full purchase price of the product not including shipping. I guarantee that your purchase will be kept secure, your packaging will be discreet, and that you will never receive a mailing of any type. Pricing Guarantee
I aim to offer the lowest price for quality products on the net. When comparing prices be certain to include shipping costs and turn-around time, since I go to great lengths to offer prompt shipping at low prices. Also consider the availability of the size and color that you seek, as many shops dealing with lots will be limited in their offerings. When I have compared prices for my products with other quality shops, I find I am typically lower than the rest.

Ruffles N Lace respects the privacy of our customers and will provide discreet packaging for all items.
I ship USPS Priority Mail and UPS to United States and Canada and Airmail Parcel or Global Priority world-wide. The actual shipping cost is based on the weight of the order and is calculated at the time of order. Please contact us, if you would like to add insurance to your package. We would be happy to get you a rate for cost of insurance on your package.

Many lingerie items can be shipped to the UK or Canada in Global Priority Envelopes which do NOT require customs documentation if the 16 oz. weight limit is not exceeded.
Return Policy
Please note that underwear (panties, panty girdles, thongs, etc.) can NOT be returned. Also, special order items such as corsets, petticoats, pettiskirts and shoes can NOT be returned. All other items can be returned for a refund or replacement within 15 days of the shipment date. All refunds will be subject to shipping charges and a 15% re-stocking fee. All returns must have original packing and original tags still attached and be accompanied by the Sales Slip. When you return an item, follow the instructions on the Sales Slip, and most importantly, please indicate the reason for the return. You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. Once the item is received and verified to be "new", a refund check will be mailed to your billing address.
Special order items are not returnable.

Cancellation Policy
Special Orders can not be cancelled. Cancellation of any order will be subject to a 10% cancellation fee. If the order has been shipped, it can not be cancelled; please refer to the Return Policy.
