Petticoats are measured from the top of the waistband to the bottom of the trim for length.  Most petticoats come with an adjustable waistband that allows it to shorten to two additional lengths.

Pettipants are made from the finest 40 Denier Nylon Tricot or Poly-cotton sewn with elastic thread to assure a fine, comfortable fit with frilly beauty.
